
Wascana Voices is currently auditioning basses and tenors, in preparation for the 2026 fall semester and beyond.

Audition Requirements:
- A short conversation about your musical background and interests
- Prepare a solo excerpt which showcases your range and vocal ability (a cappella is great, accompanist available upon request)
- Prepare a section of “The Imaginary Garden” by Marie-Clair Saindon in your voice part to sing with current WV members (copy given with audition time confirmation)
- During the audition, sight-sing a piece with WV members
Interested applicants must be able to rehearse on Sunday evenings from 7-9:30pm.

About Us
Founded in 2014, Wascana Voices is a self-directed group of dedicated singers who are focused on crafting exceptional music and creating a fun and engaging experience for members and our audience. We are conductors, performers, and musicians drawing experience from the most celebrated choirs in Saskatchewan. We are inspired by groups such as the King’s Singers, Musica intima, and Voces8. Typically comprising thirteen members, Wascana Voices performs a winter and spring concert and has also appeared at local events, such as the Cathedral Village Arts Festival and the Government House Victorian Christmas.
