Open call for tenor and bass auditions!
Based in Regina, SK, Wascana Voices is a self-directed, community choral ensemble that strives for excellence in music-making and creating a fun and engaging experience for members and our audience.
Wascana Voices is comprised of 12 members and performs a Winter and Spring concert. In the past we have additionally performed at local events like Cathedral Village Arts Festival and the Government House Victorian Christmas.
Wascana Voices is currently auditioning basses and tenors, in preparation for the 2026 fall semester and beyond.

Audition Requirements:
- A short conversation about your musical background and interests
- Prepare a solo excerpt which showcases your range and vocal ability (a cappella is great, accompanist available upon request)
- Prepare a section of “The Imaginary Garden” by Marie-Clair Saindon in your voice part to sing with current WV members (copy given with audition time confirmation)
- During the audition, sight-sing a piece with WV members
Interested applicants must be able to rehearse on Sunday evenings from 7:00pm-9:30pm.
